18+ Only: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, submit an application, or opt into our SMS messaging program. By using our Services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly accept applications from or send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately remove their information from our records.
LiveWave Studios operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with enrolled creators and program applicants. By opting into our SMS program, you agree to the following:

Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Actual frequency depends on your activity in the program.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
Opting out of SMS will not affect your application or participation in the creator program.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. LiveWave Studios does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.

Wireless carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. LiveWave Studios is not responsible for any delays in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier, network conditions, or technical failures outside our control.
Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, or network availability.

All content on the LiveWave Studios website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of LiveWave Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
